Isaac Ghalibaf’s Lawsuit Against the Canadian Government for an Immigration Visa

Isaac Ghalibaf’s immigration visa marathon, son of Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, finally concluded favorably with a Canadian court ruling, smoothing his path to obtaining a Canadian visa.

Isaac Ghalibaf’s immigration case has been ongoing since 2019 and became a lengthy matter due to extensive security checks in Canada. When the case’s handling was prolonged due to security concerns, Isaac Ghalibaf filed a lawsuit against the Canadian Ministers of Immigration and Public Safety.

“Poulton,” a lawyer representing Isaac Ghalibaf, handled the lawsuit against these ministers and pursued the case. Eventually, in November of this year, the court ordered that the Canadian Ministry of Immigration must decide on Isaac Ghalibaf’s immigration visa application within 60 days. Now, the court has issued a ruling in favor of Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf’s son, facilitating his acquisition of a Canadian immigration visa.

This is one of several cases related to the Ghalibaf family that has been reported in the media recently. Last year, the story of the Ghalibaf family’s trip to Turkey was also published, known as the “Sismoni Gate,” and it still remains a topic of public inquiry.

Indeed, during this year’s February 22nd march, some questioned Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf about the reasons for this trip, and the Ghalibaf family has yet to provide a clear response to the public.

Other related matters published in Iranian media in recent years include stories about astronomical real estate, Yas Holding, and the charity of Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf’s wife.
